1. Was gelöscht wird

• Your Google-derived CommentBrief profile: verified email, display name, and profile image.
• Your personal workspace, analysis jobs, reports, evidence, automations, and pending notifications.
• Raw comment snapshots and public video metadata that are no longer referenced by another workspace.

2. Ablauf

If you are signed in, use the confirmation form below. Deletion is immediate for the current personal Beta workspace and signs you out. If the account is part of a future shared workspace, we may require a verified support request so that other members' data is not deleted.

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with the account. Include “Data deletion request” and the email used for CommentBrief. Do not send passwords or Google credentials.

3. Frist und Ausnahmen

We process verified deletion requests as soon as practical and no later than seven calendar days. We may retain a minimal record of the request when necessary for security, dispute resolution, or law. Data in isolated disaster-recovery backups, if any, is not used for ordinary processing and is removed through normal backup rotation; deletion will be re-applied if a backup is restored.

4. Keine Löschung bei YouTube

This process deletes data held by CommentBrief. It does not delete a video, comment, account, or any other information stored by YouTube. To delete content from YouTube, use YouTube or an authorized client that supports that action.

5. Google-Berechtigungen

You can separately review or revoke CommentBrief's Google sign-in permission from Google's security settings. CommentBrief currently does not request permission to manage your YouTube channel. Revocation alone does not replace a CommentBrief deletion request, so use the form below if you also want stored workspace data deleted.
